Change Default Password

You must change your initial, default password before you can proceed. To do so, please do the following:

On the "Customer Portal logon" page, Enter your Login ID in the "Login ID:" field and Enter your Password in the "Password:" field. (This information was sent to you in the "Login ID and Password for Customer Portal" email.)

On the "Customer Portal logon" page, Enter your new password in "New Password:" and Re-enter the new password in "Re-Enter" Then hit "Logon" If you have any problems, please request support through the "Support" button on the left side of the page.
